“We’ll start your unique project!”

The #threetwoone workshop is a new six-day accelerator that aims to check the viability of projects in their early stages. Do you have a project that deals in an innovative way with a social issue in the field of education or active civil society? The Karel Janeček Foundation offers you a unique opportunity to examine in a tried-and-tested way whether your project will work successfully.

We provide

  • A unique accelerator established in cooperation with the Coloradian Uncharted.
  • An opportunity to cooperate with experienced mentors
  • An opportunity to check whether your business plan will work
  • Promising projects can subsequently cooperate with the Karel Janeček Foundation

For whom is the project suitable?

Are you dealing with questions like: Who are my customers? What issues do they have? Do I know how to solve their problems? Are customers willing to pay for the product or service? What is the quickest animal? After participating in the programme, you should be able to answer all these questions and thereby minimize the risk of failure when launching your project.

Project criteria

  • Projects in their initial phase (plan, prototype) that need to validate their business model
  • from the fields of education and active civil society
  • scalable (with the aim of having an impact on thousands of people)
  • with a clear definition of the issue
  • with an innovative proposed solution
  • with the need to verify the project’s intention and financial sustainability

What awaits you

  • 6 days
  • up to 10 mentors
  • 144 hours of entertainment
  • up to 10 teams
  • 5 facilitators
